To help customers confirm the authenticity of our products, every eligible package carries a unique validation code protected by a scratch-off coating.
Follow the steps below and enter the code exactly as it appears on the package.
Observe the package carefully before opening it.
The package should be intact and its tamper-evident seals should not be broken.
Locate the security seal or holographic label.
Check that the label is complete and does not show signs of removal or replacement.
Find the scratch-off area marked “Validation Code”.
Carefully remove the silver coating to reveal the unique letters and numbers underneath.
