ZPHC VALIDATION SYSTEM

Use the validation code on your product packaging to check whether it matches our authentication records. A valid code alone cannot guarantee the contents or condition of a product.

You can find your validation code beneath the silver scratch-off coating on the package. Please follow the steps below:

STEP 1

Observe the package carefully before you open it.

Check that the packaging is intact. Look for broken seals, damage or signs of tampering.

STEP 2

Inspect the holographic peel-off seal, if your product has one.

Some product packaging includes a holographic seal. Check it carefully before opening.

STEP 3

Find the silver scratch-off area marked for the validation code.

Carefully remove the silver coating to reveal the code. The code may contain letters, numbers and special symbols. Enter every character exactly as printed.
